Customer Service Specialist
   We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! The position would entail direct customer interaction, and include such tasks as processing daily customer transactions, solving problems, and opening customer accounts.
    Responsibilities:
    - Process customer transactions accurately and confidentially
 
    - Provide information about the Bank's products and services
 
    - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns
 
    - Account balancing and reconciliation
 
    - Assist customers with account opening
 
    - Ability to work in a team environment 
 
    Qualifications:
    - Experience in banking or bookkeeping is preferred
 
    - Analytical skills with the ability to problem solve
 
    - Proficient in Word and Excel
 
    - Ability to prioritize and multitask
 
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 
    - Positive and professional demeanor
 
    - Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers
