Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! The position would entail direct customer interaction, and include such tasks as processing daily customer transactions, solving problems, and opening customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions accurately and confidentially
  • Provide information about the Bank's products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Account balancing and reconciliation
  • Assist customers with account opening
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience in banking or bookkeeping is preferred
  • Analytical skills with the ability to problem solve
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers
